Absorb LMS is a strong platform to use "out of the box" in terms of their Core LMS. We have explored other products in the past from Absorb and, while we have not used any of them in our current implementation, I can see how they would be valuable for other companies or businesses. Absorb has gotten much better at clearly and consistently communicating about updates, changes, patches, and other notes which is a plus. The platform itself may have some hiccups here and there in terms of performance and reliability, but overall, it is consistently available for our customers. While the UX/UI feels a bit dated in the administrator experience, more recent developments are aimed at addressing these issues. There is an active community of administrators who use the Ideas portal to share best practices and tips. I would say that this platform is a good, bordering on great, ROI in terms of pricing and what you get with the Core LMS experience.

Ich mag, dass das Together Mentorship es uns ermöglicht, viel mehr Menschen durch Mentoring zu unterstützen, als wir es durch manuelle Zuordnung und Unterstützung könnten. Es ist eine selbstgesteuerte Erfahrung, bei der sich Benutzer für die Plattform registrieren, ihren Mentor auswählen und Meetings ohne unsere Unterstützung aktualisieren und veranstalten können. Es ist auch hilfreich für die Datenerfassung und -analyse. Der Zuordnungsalgorithmus und die Berichtsseite nehmen dem Team die manuelle Arbeit ab.

Ich mag die Benutzerfreundlichkeit sowohl aus der Sicht des Lernenden als auch des Administrators. Mein Lieblingsmerkmal ist die "Impersonate"-Funktionalität. Sie ermöglicht es mir, zu überprüfen, ob eine Abteilung korrekt eingerichtet ist, bevor ich dem Kunden Zugang gewähre.
